I can't express the warm and wonderful service that my family received during the loss of my brother CLEMATE
( Matie) Bowshier . Scott and his staff have a way of understanding & helping to lessen the extreme pain felt when you lose a dear loved one. I suppose many funeral homes & their staff do the same but there was just something very special to me
from Scott & his wonderful staff while setting up the arrangements . It seemed to make me realize that death is not the end but another chapter of life. THANK YOU SCOTT & EVERYONE involved in this time of our grief. God Bless you all.🙏🏽

They did an outstanding job for us. My husbands death was sudden and unexpected. With covid we invited only immediate family to come for a last viewing. They had him displayed in a private viewing room. Within an hour of my request Scott found a minister to come bless him and say a prayer for us. It was a very nice gathering.

Absolutely the best! Scott, Holly and the team have helped us through some of the hardest times in our lives. They have handled the arrangements of several family members and friends. In my opinion, they always go above and beyond what is expected of a funeral home. They make you feel like family rather than a customer. Scott was even there for us when one of our dogs passed away. If I could give more than five stars I would. Highly recommend without a doubt!

So far I have only used them to take care of my dogs; they are an amazing group of people! Ted Byus has come to our home on 2 occasions to pick up the bodies of our large dogs. Both times were on a holiday and he more than gracious. When the time comes, (hopefully no time soon) I would be pleased to have them handle myself or a loved one.

I cannot thank Mr. Scott Underwood and his staff enough for their grace and support during my grandmother's showing and funeral. Mr. Underwood had known my grandmother personally as well as my grandfather, whose funeral was also at Underwood Funeral Home. Mr. Underwood worked to make sure my grandmother was buried in the way she would have wanted to be. She looked beautiful at her showing. He and his staff really thought of all the items and traditions that would be needed during this time, and it was such a relief to not have to worry about things during my family's difficult time.

Scott, thank you so much for your care and considering during this time. I do not know how you and your staff handle this process day-to-day with the kindness and professionalism you do, but it is so appreciated.
