    Surprisingly one of the better builders in Marysville. Rob the superintendent ran a tight ship. Not sure about the new superintendent...

    The sales rep Vicki is responsive and helpful. The construction manager Rob was responsive and helpful as well. How ever the building crew could improve. Within the first month I had HVAC issues. Rob sorted them out for me but it was a shame that it was due to carelessness during construction. I also have a lot of un even walls which I'm hoping will be addressed at my one year inspection. Aside from that, I am so happy to be apart of the process that was building with Maronda and I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to get the best bang for their buck when it comes to new builds.

    Having built a home previously with another builder, I came into this process with a lot of negative thoughts and hesitations. However, that all changed with the great work of Vicki, Rob, and the rest of the Maronda Home staff. The process from contract signing to move-in was pretty seamless. Rob & Vicki were extremely helpful in walking us through the various stages, addressed any concerns or issues promptly, and provided great support. We've been in our home for a little over 3 months and it's been great. I highly recommend Maronda Homes!

    New Construction with Maronda went very well. Only a few issues with the final product, nothing to fuss about and they were remedied ASAP,

    I have owned my Maronda home now for 16 years, best choice I have ever made, the sq ft for the price was unbeatable. I would recommend Maronda Homes
