Process was quick and easy and appreciated getting the third key for free. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had a hard time finding the key machine or an employee to direct me to it

It was super easy to make the keys and they all worked perfectly when I used them!

Like that a digital copy of my key can be saved as a backup in the event that it's lost. My copy had to be mailed to me but it arrived a few days later and worked perfectly.

It was the first experience in my life to make a key with KeyMe (key duplication machine). I was very impressed with how intuitive the whole key making process was. Wide range of colors of the keys, cutting accuracy.

I put my key into the ‘lock machine’ which scanned the key. It promptly told me that the machine didn’t have the appropriate blank and a lock smith would have to order it in ( evidently it was an unusual key) But if I ordered it now they would send it within 24 hours. ….only $10 free postage…2nd key half price…I wished I had another key! It duly arrived on time and it was a perfect fit. It was an excellent service ….thoroughly recommend.
