I am a first-time customer of 1800CPAP.com. I made the mistake of placing an order on my phone and realized after I placed it there were mistakes. Even though after hours, I contacted the chat. I'm on the West Coast and they are on the East Coast. When I got up the next morning, all matters were resolved. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much!

My experience @ the Manville location on Thursday, July 15, 2021 was AMAZING! Lauren was Very Pleasant, Professional, Courteous, and Knowledgeable. Not to mention the VARIETY of Masks, Machines and Accessories available for purchase. Lauren was able to take a picture of my face. I completed a very short and brief questionnaire. Then she uploaded and processed the image to determine a list of comfortable fitting masks, that could possibly and potentially improve my Sleep Experience.

I have no insurance and the low cost made it possible to replace a defective mask and a hose that my cat bit holes into- I had the BEST sleep last night thanks to this company! You have a customer for life!

This business has been a saving grace to me. It is super close to where I live, so when I need supplies I can order on the phone and then they have the supplies waiting for me to pick up. Everyone I’ve worked with there, has been really helpful. They have a nice “ showroom” with lots of different masks, headgear, and other equipment. Their prices are reasonable and they have sales. You can’t go wrong with this place!
