I am only 20 years old and this has been my first apartment and I have nothing bad to say at all. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. Hannah in the office is always so quick to help if I need anything. Even minor bumps when I first moved in were quickly fixed within the same day. It has definitely been a great experience here for someone new to renting a place for their first time.

(March 23, 2018, 2:35 pm)Colonial Village is perfect for us we have a large dog and most apartments have size restrictions and wont let us have our 80 pound baby. We are so excited to find an apartment where we don't have to give up part of our family to find a home. Thank you Colonial Village for letting us keep our Baby! We are so excited about our new apartment.
