Wait time has went down considerably! Which says a lot. When your used to waiting up to 3 hours to see the doctor. Casey is amazing. And overall brightview seems to be on the up.

I've been a patient at this location for well over a year now the ladies in here love everyone and will do anything needed to help you in recovery. The docs are nice too. I was so alone before I found this place. If you have a problem and u want help this is the place to be.

Brightview of Mason isn't just a rehabilitation center or a methadone clinic this is a family this is like home. I am so serious, I've never felt so unjudged, no one is better than the next and the staff treats you as an equal. You will never feel the prejudgment that always comes with being an addict. From the receptionist to the nurses to the counselors to the dosing nurses to the location manager even the human resource department at the home office. I'm telling you it's worth a try guys it's one more last chance. I'm telling you if you're ready these guys are ready to go through this with you. You r not alone at this location.

Top notch care with actual real compassion the moment you enter the Building. The Doctors and Staff are not you're typical...get you in and out as fast as they can grab your insurance card like most have become sadly. They want to know you personally and deeply to understand what it takes to help people on an individual basis. If I could give 100 stars I would.
