(January 10, 2023, 11:48 am)I rarely see more than one or two other renters when I'm there. It's very clean. It's as reasonable as any price around. Everything is fully operational and in good condition. Duayne, the proprietor, is very easy to get along with and flexible. I've had a really good experience at Burbank storage. It's my first storage unit rental venture and it's been a positive one.

(October 8, 2021, 9:52 pm)This is my little gem when it comes to storage! This is a good place and very fair on price ! The owner really cares about the place and his customers. So he keeps on top of everything, Security, cleaning and so on. Just added more units to! Very well worth it!
