My upright freezer died over the weekend. We ran to Lowes and Best Buy because they were open. They couldn't get one delivered till Friday. I knew Bennet's was closed but used the chat on their website. I got a message back right away that they were closed but they would let the sales person know my situation. I went in first thing Monday morning they were expecting me. They were so helpful and had one in stock. They called Ben the owner's son who is one of the delivery drivers to see if they could deliver it today. Ben said sure after they made their other 6 deliveries for the day. He went back to the store got my freezer and brought it out and set it up. He was so polite and friendly and explained everything to me. I really appreciate there help in my time of crisis. We would recommend them to everyone.

Was looking to buy a Fridge and stumbled upon Bennet’s sale ad and went to check out the Fridge. I went on a cold Saturday in January and was very disappointed that the price advertised wasn't available and the staff was very rude so I left. Then I called Monday morning and asked to speak to the Manager about my experience. I explained how we are moving and in desperate need of a Fridge before our lease expires otherwise we won't be able to keep our food cold and how our family would be ever so grateful if they'd honor the price quoted and the Manager gracious agreed and later that week our new Fridge arrived within days of our lease expiring. It's been 4 months since we purchased our Frigidaire Fridge and have been very happy with it and loving how much room it has.

Bennet’s saved the day for my husband and I! When our old refrigerator suddenly died, we found ourselves emergency shopping. Big box stores and other local appliance companies had high prices and expected delivery times of 3 weeks away. Bennet’s was able to beat all the competing prices, offered us incredible payment terms, and delivered our new refrigerator within 2 hours of the sale. Our salesperson (Grace) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Grace was able to understand our needs and quickly directed us to the most suitable options. We were buying on a day when they don’t normally do deliveries, but knowing that we had an emergency, the owner (Kent) and his son (Ben) handled the delivery and installation themselves.

Bennet’s team practices the golden rule in their business. They go above and beyond to treat their customers well. We had such an easy experience buying our refrigerator, we ended up buying a mattress and bed frame at the same time (thanks to David for his expertise)!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience and have already referred several new customers. We will definitely be going back for future needs. A huge THANK YOU to the entire Bennet’s team!!
