Our dryer broke 2 days after moving in and we were stuck. We called around and Buckeye Repair was the only company in all of northern Ohio who was both able to come out the next day and was not trying to charge before they even came out to see what the problem was.

Both in person and over the phone, all of our interactions with Buckeye Repair were incredibly professional and friendly. They got our dryer fixed within 24 hours for a very reasonable cost and his number is now permanently hanging on our refrigerator.

Was kind enough to complete repairs so I could continue my trip. I suspect my job was not put in sequence at the expense of an employee's leisure time.
