Move in was easy. Tina alerted me to all needed details.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The community was clean and well maintained. Tina, Office Manager, was very responsive.

You call they come! The response time of Tina and maintenance is outstanding. You can trust if maintenance is called they will respond, if it’s fixable they will do it on the spot, and professional. They represent Redwood well and should be recognized for retention and going the extra mile. Good job team redwood

The only issue I had with Redwood was that it is a little pricey but the apartments themselves are very nice and well cared for. We stayed there 6 months while our new home was being built and we enjoyed it very much. We called maintenance once and the guy was there surprisingly in an hour and made the repair quickly and was very friendly. The complex itself is very safe and we found it to be quiet. We had concerns about noise with the adjoining unit(s) but the walls in the units are very thick and we literally heard nothing beside us. If you are OK with the price, then you will likely enjoy Redwood very much as we did. I honestly could easily have stayed there for years. They also were very easy to work with and treated us fairly when we moved out. No games with trying to make up things to keep a deposit or horror stories we've heard from other places when moving out. This place is legit, 5 stars!!!!!
