My grandson we had taken to Worcester ENT and he needed tubes in his ears and he did that and this child can hear like you wouldn’t believe I’ve been there in the same grandchild‘s been there for allergies I’ve been there for allergies my daughter is going in for ear checks They’re wonderful.

Called for an appointment for my brother who had a plugged ear. I was offered an appointment the next day. My brother was extremely happy with how he was treated and so happy he could hear again.

I needed to be seen quickly for an ongoing issue I've been having. I was very grateful they were able to squeeze me in within a few days due to the urgency. I was seen by Dr. Mathur, who was wonderful. He sat down and talked to me honestly and in a friendly, kind, unrushed manner, leveling with me without making me feel awkward or inferior like some doctors can do. It felt as if I were his only patient and he had all the time in the world for me.

Not only did he have a great bedside manner, but he was very knowledgeable and provided me with good advice. I would highly recommend Dr. Mathur for any ENT needs you have.

Definitely so glad I went to Wooster ENT. My daughter suffered from multiple ear infections back to back constantly. She had seen other doctors and had two sets of tubes before seeing Dr Wartmann. After reading the reviews and making an appointment, I am so thankful for Dr Wartmann. He made the process quick and easy, and explained everything so well to us. Her surgey was a breeze. He is so good with my daughter, he made her feel comfortable and at ease. (She hated going to other ear doctors before.) She finally had a set of tubes last, and she hasn't had a ear infection since. This office is definitely recommended if you have little ones, or for anyone who needs an excellent ENT.
