Craig, Sorry you feel that way. We have trucks of our own. So we understand this from both perspectives. Surely we would pay detention if it warranted it. We cannot however pay detention when drivers don't call in, fall asleep and take naps and or do not document their times on the paperwork. Our policy specifically states needing to be notified and have a chance to mitigate detention. Sorry we did not have a chance to advocate for your driver.
TYLER, you seem to be local...however, we don't deal with anyone local. Please call us back. Would like to hear your specific issue and get it dealt with. Both of your reviews seem suspicious...since we deal with no one local nor any one with your name.
