Came in a few months ago with knee pain and slowly started to gain back issues as well. Dr. Watson knew my issues right away after an X- Ray and listening to me express what’s been bothering me and where I feel like it’s coming from. He always hears me out and listens to me attentively as well. And his staff are great ladies too! They have my scheduled time memorized and know what day and the exact time I prefer to come in. Dr. Watson has been so helpful and I’m so thankful for all he’s done to help me out. Definitely recommend!

Wellspring Chiropractic is awesome! They are so friendly, helpful, courteous and kind. Dr. Watson is super knowledgeable. He explains everything thoroughly and offered me really helpful suggestions for low-impact exercises I could do in between visits to speed-up my recovery...and they really work. I have seen other chiropractors in the past, but they all required multiple multiple visits to achieve any relief in the pain at all...and, since my insurance doesn't cover chiropractic care, that can get really expensive fast. But, since seeing Dr. Watson, my improvement has been shockingly fast. Also, he charges LESS than I was paying the other guys. I highly recommend Wellspring Chiropractic. You won't regret it.

Been going to chiropractors my whole life. Dr. Watson is very knowledgeable and well-rounded. Very honest people here. I've spend over a decade in the Marine Corps carrying heavy packs and jumping out of airplanes and I'm currently dealing with some substantial lower-back pain (not sure how I injured it). I went in this morning in substantial pain, hardly able to bend or sit. I've never experienced such quick and noticeable relief from a single adjustment! I got X-rays -- got a great discount because of being military. And he's great for the whole family.
