(March 25, 2023, 7:13 am)Every time I put in a work order it is taken care of very quickly I'm just very pleased with the service and appreciate the maintenance staff so much. I feel the money spent on cosmetics could have gone to inside upgrades, such as getting rid of nasty linoleum in kitchens and bathrooms.

(December 3, 2022, 9:23 am)Very happy. I was sitting in the dark because my ceiling light went out in my living room. The ceiling was too high for me to replace the bulb. I told Neesha in the office. I had to go and when i returned home later that day the bulb was replaced same day. I'm very happy with their service.
