Medical Park West Rehabilitation and Skilled Care

I visited an old friend there. The receptionist was very helpful checking in. And the staff was polite and kind. The place was clean and pleasant. Made my visit a very pleasant one.

Choose Medical Park West because of the looks of the new building. My brother lasted 9 days and died . He was terribly neglected, never anyone in the room when I often visited and had to hire someone to check on him. He was found in his own waste Everytime I went there and needed to be suctioned but couldn't find anyone so thank God the one I hired would show up and suction him. I had her show me how as I knew being placed at almost the end of the hall, and with his stroke could only open his eyes and not move anything, they had a nurses button there as if he could use it. Horrible place!!! He was neglected. Regret that place. Never put your love one there. Now I understand why a man who was wanting to just be laid down in bed that was in front room was upset. He was totally ignored. Just like my brother. I was going to get him out but they let ,through neglect let him all but die there. Ambulance got him and died within few hours. Horrible place. Death trap. Please don't take your worse enemy there.
