Very helpful & informative. Provided all of the options available for the budget & scheduled according to my needs. Not much of a store front for glitz & glam, but offers a lot of bang for the buck!

I called Mark for an estimate to replace carpet and pad in 3 rooms and a hall. He responded quickly and I had that estimate the same day. We arranged to have the carpet replaced and they finished the job on time, at a very reasonable cost, and they cleaned up after themselves.
