Thank you for creating a beautiful floral arrangement for my Mom’s memorial service. It was even better than we anticipated from the pictures.

I had the pleasure of talking to Hope when I called to order flowers (could have easily done it online through them, as well, but had additional questions for my sake, so chose to call). She picked up the call immediately, was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. She made the entire process super easy! And the arrangement, itself, perfect for the occasion and absolutely beautiful!!

Excellent experience! From the young lady taking my order to the prompt delivery. And text confirmation! Not to mention the exquisite arrangement delivered! Definitely recommend & will use again!

I ordered flowers EARLY for my mother-in-law so that they would be delivered on the day before Mother's Day. I even talked to them twice to get all the details correct. Nothing was delivered over the weekend.

I called today and was told that the flowers were not delivered because they didn't write down my phone number correctly. They said that the credit card was declined (no way it would've been declined, but maybe that was incorrectly written down too?) and couldn't call me because the number wasn't accepting any calls.

They offered to put another arrangement together (leftovers, who wants that?) and send it out tomorrow. Did not offer any discount until I asked them about it. The lady (Laura) insisted that they didn't do anything wrong. She did offer me no delivery charge. The staff was laughing about how they got the number wrong in the background. No sense of customer service. How can this NOT be their mistake. It was their mistake and they should've admitted it and offered a discount on the arrangement as well as deliver free because of the incompetence.

I do not recommend this place. Go somewhere else.

Update: I received a note from the owner, Laurie, who apologized for her split second decision made regarding the above event. She took full responsibility for the error and offered to send an arrangement to my mother-in-law free of charge. She apologized for both the problem in not getting it delivered in the first place as well as her initial reaction to my complaint. I am a satisfied customer now. In the end they did the correct thing and that is good. I changed my rating from a 1 to a 4.
