The staff and Dr Williams are amazing. I would and will refer him to others, that might need a Nephrologist. I was very nervous, because it was my first time visit. But while sitting in the waiting room, I began to be at ease. And Dr Williams is wonderful. He took his time to get to know you, as a person and everything that you are experiencing.
Fantastic.
Im deaf and they took great care to make sure i understood what was wrong how serious how to treat for now.and
Calmed me down.
Thank you thank you A++++++
Really listened and remembered my situation. Very personable and had a good bedside manner and great communication. Office staff is great and I didn't have to be in the waiting area more than a few minutes. Highly recommend.
My wife really likes the receptionist… She thinks they are very friendly and funny…
Dr Williams is the best. He understands how my Tuberous Sclerosis affects my kidneys very well. He cares about my life and is always very knowledgeable/in touch with my other specialists. I have no complaints on him.
What I do have a problem with is his office staff. They are very hard to talk to on the phone as they are harsh and rude at times and it is very hard to get them to send lab work although they require it before every appointment. I waited an hour for my appointment today because they have a new system and didn’t have my appointment in it at all. A lady then walks in after me with a later appointment than mine that was also not in the system and she still got in before me. I am just at my wits end with every interaction I have with his staff even though they are polite in person. I also feel really out of place as I am 21 and they service mainly the 65+ population. I just feel I am not treated like a pretty healthy young person, they treat me like I am incompetent of handling my health and am not knowledgeable and it makes me feel awkward.
