My boyfriend and I toured this complex today. Chris was our tour guide and he was very tending to our needs. He was super informative about everything these apartments had to offer. Chris made the experience so delightful and was very upfront about everything that we needed to know. If you are looking for an apartment and need to get a tour from someone try and request him! This is a beautiful area and the apartments are clean. From what I was told maintenance is very responsive and quick when it comes to an issue that must be taken care of. They have a lovely tennis court and swimming pool along with other luxurious amenities. If everything works out as it should we are looking forward to calling Canyon Club our new home.

The did excellent on the sliding door rake. However there were two request. The second request was to fix the door hinge on the bathroom door in the master bedroom. It’s coming loose at the bottom and there was a screw missing in the middle. I sent photos and thought I shared that in the message. If they complete that then you’ll get six stores.

Eddie was very efficient and fast. He even suggested changing other other screws that might need replacement in the future because of their size. I told him he's a great person and maintenance man. I hope he is as long as Danny...or until I leave. So far I will be here 17 years next month.

Maintenance here at Canyon Club they are always on time weather my problem is small or big. I love the promptness and professionalism and knowledge and information for me. It they can't come they always call to let me know. Love Danny he us always nice to us and let's me know what will happens next or what to expect. Good job Canyon Club you have a great team.
