Vantage Diagnostic Imaging

Great place, friendly personality.

The techs are very friendly and accommodating. They schedule appointments quickly and are timely in their manner. The radiologist who reads the scans reports back quickly and results are given back with through investigation.

I've had a few MRI scans done at Vantage Diagnostic and have received incredible service every time. After my first visit, I started to request that my dr(s) specifically send me to this facility. I've never had any issues with my doctors in regards to the quality of images, punctuality, etc. Having worked as a receptionist for many years I can truly say that this is one of the best managed medical offices I go to. I always get scheduled quickly and receive a copy of the images on a disc before I even leave their office. The staff members are friendly and very informative, the office is always clean!

With that being said, if you go and do encounter a wait that extends past your scheduled appointment time maybe take a moment to at least consider extending the grace of forgiveness because stuff happens! It's not like the receptionists or technicians purposely put themselves behind schedule because they enjoy getting off of work late, patients earlier in the day could have required more attention and simply offset their entire day. Just something to consider..

I would definitely give this place a 5 star! Everyone there was extremely nice and was willing to help in any way that they could. Also on the plus side the blond receptionist is super cute!! I will definitely be going back to get her number and of course the great service!!
