Wait was not too terribly long, I guess I got there at right time. It is a busy place though. All was good 👍

Randy Smith is an amazing employee! I’m in Norman and I called Norman’s DMV to get answers for a few simple questions and they let the phone ring until it disconnected twice. I called the okc DMV and couldn’t get passed the automated system to talk to a person. I called this location, the phone was answered within two rings, and Randy was very friendly and joked around with me and answered every question I had in great detail. Cannot say enough good about the interaction and help. Give this man a raise!

Went pretty smooth even though it looked crowded... In and out in less than a hour. You check in on a touch screen... Then they text you when your number is getting close. There was plenty of time after warning text to make it inside before my number was called.

The place was amazing we were in and out. Now for having to stand outside I got there at 5:30 there was one car in front of me so I figured we could just hang out wait and like six cars showed up at once and they just get off and get in line and act like you weren't even there before them so if you show up early don't trust other people just get out and waiting line even if it's freezing cuz we got cut by like 8 people and they stop letting people go past 11:30
