Stayed two nights here when I came into town for business. Both ladies at the front desk were polite and friendly. Comfortable bed and very clean room. Best location for a hotel, a few places to eat across the street and downtown Guthrie is only a few minutes away. Only concern, would be the pool. Needs a clean. Other than that, had a very good stay.

Stayed On July 25 2022 for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good and well presented. Two complaints though. Employees had two kitchen type chairs set up in front of hotel in front of handicapped parking and it appeared it was their smoke break area. Very unattractive butts all over the place. Bathroom tile in 404 was missing grout and very unstable when stepping out of the shower. Thanks for giving this your attention.
