I had been sick most of my life. For 15 years doctors couldn't figure it what was wrong. They'd either tell me it's in my head or just treat the symptoms with medication. 3 years ago I got so sick I couldn't eat or breathe or stand. The only way I could breathe was if I laid down on my back with my head elevated. And when I would stand my stomach would hurt when I tried to breathe and after a minute I would almost black out. The doctors tested my lungs and heart and said they were fine and tried sending me to a psychologist. I refused and then heard about Katie. She figured out I had a fungus in my stomach the whole time that my body was not seeing as a threat. It adapted, grew, and started putting pressure on my lungs making my heart work twice as hard. If I had continued listening to the doctors I would have needed a new heart within a few months or worse, I would have died. Now 3 years later I feel better than I have my whole life. I can now workout, play with my dogs, I just signed up for my first 5k run, and even went white water rafting. It's still a journey because it was in me for so long but now at least I feel like I can finally live my life! I thank God for sending Katie to me. You can't go wrong seeking her help.
