We have used CountrySide Realty to help my wife and I to find the right home for us. We first met Kim Green five years ago, and she has the most patience of any realtor I have ever met!!! Over the past five years, kim has consistently, and tirelessly taken us to so many homes, that were close to what we were looking for, but not exactly what we were looking for, as we are overly particular to a fault. It was amazing to see how many people looked at our house online, just on the first day!! Over 200 looks and saves!! She created a great flyer design that was so appealing too!!

Kim also has an interior designer that brings in her own home furnishings and wall art, that adds the pizazz that really opens up the home to possibility for potential buyers.

When the right buyer came along, Kim got us the full price offer We were only hoping for!! She also led us through the steps of preparation, to get our house sold.

Kim was with us from the beginning stages of searching for the right home, all the way through to the closing on our old home.
