Floyd's RV - Norman

My husband and I decided to sell our house and get a motor home and live the rest of our lives. We had went to the bigger stores and received terrible customer service. I had reached out to Floyd's RV online and was messaged back from Mike. He knew our budget and found something he thought we would like. Even though it was more than we had budgeted for we decided to take a look anyway. We were greeted by Breck, due to Mike being off for the day. From the moment we first met him we knew this was going to be a different experience. Long story short we bought the motorhome. Everyone including the GM was down to earth and so helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking purchase your dream.

Our first trip to Floyd's RV was 8/6/22, after seeing an add for a used RV. Mike Weatherford was our product manager. He was absolutely great to work with! So great, we got an unbelievable deal done! We expected our offer to be laughed at. We were treated great by the entire staff, and would highly recommend going to see Mike if you're looking for a great deal!

My Floyd's RV experience was the absolute best. So many people I want to thank at Floyd's RV! My salesman Scott was extremely helpful and transparent and knew so much about RVs. He helped us find the perfect travel trailer for us. He was with us through the entire process. Joshua, our show out coordinator, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me learn everything I needed to about my RV and walked through the whole process. Also Jason and Grayson in finance were extremely helpful in our RV experience. The staff is so great and I look forward to working with them in the future. Also shout out to Sophia!!!!

Great people I love this place. I worked with sales man Rick Russell great guy. I told Rick what my situation is and about what I wanted to spend, even though I wanted to go as cheaply as possible Rick's customer service and friendliness did not drop off at all. Rick took the time to show me several models and did not try to pressure me in to buying one that was not going to be what I need. The people at Floyd's are more than willing to help with any questions you have and willing to teach you everything you will need to know about any RV you buy. I highly recommend anybody who needs or wants and RV to go to Floyd's.

Casey was incredible! We went in knowing exactly where we wanted to be price wise and that's exactly what he showed us. Never tried to upsell us. We're pretty experienced so we told them we didn't want to take a class and we didn't. Never pressured us into taking it. We're already enjoying our camper and making precious memories with our kiddos. The cookies that arrived in the mail with the tumblers were delicious as well!
We will be back in a couple of years to upgrade for sure!
