    I’m a long time customer that has enjoyed an excellent banking relationship with BOK. Here is an example why. A couple of years ago I was improperly charged for a night at a hotel on a reservation that had been cancelled. I reported it to BOK (along with documentation) and they restored the funds to my account. Ultimately, the website (Booking.com) forced the hotel to make a refund, so I was able to pay BOK back. I’m happy with TWO organizations who did right by me.
