I ordered a 59 deg ex1 wedge from Golf Tailor and I was told that I would receive an email confirming my order and a shipping conformation. I have received neither and it has been 4 day's now but they have taken the money from my account. Be careful!!! Flaky outfit. -------- I Received a call from Golf Tailor immediately after posting this review and they resolved the issue and were very polite and generous in doing so. Thanks

I bought two Golf Wedges from this supplier, there was a mix up with the address for delivery which is in Thailand, with no hesitation whatsoever once I had explained that the delivery address in the notification I received was mixed up and the clubs could end up any where they immediately dispatched two replacement clubs, THIS IS 5 STAR SERVICE also it is so rare to receive such helpful and immediate action I can not recommend this company enough. Great products great company. A customer for life.

Rapid delivery of my product, in pristine condition. I didn't get around using the training aid until the end of winter in Minnesota, so by then I had misplaced my link to instructions and drills. I sent an e-mail on a Friday afternoon, not expecting to get a response until the following week. I actually received a response within an hour and was able to use the aid for the entire weekend before my first round. Great responsiveness.

I ordered a xE1 65 degree wedge from Golf Tailor and paid for two day delivery. It was on a Friday so I was prepared for it to not arrive on Monday. However, mid week it was still not in and I called them. They were relentless in tracking it down and kept me informed the whole way. Furthermore, they refunded the cost of the two day shipping because it had not arrived. They tracked it all the way to the house. Rarely in this day and age do we find companies willing to go the extra mile to work with customers. These folks did. Now...for the club...I'll be testing it out tomorrow. The look and feel is good...so looking forward to trying it out.
