This gym has an amazing atmosphere. You will gain lots of knowledge with the trainers. They are eager to help and will take the time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations.

I love this place! My kids love seeing all of the trainers. They are warm, welcoming and make working out a lot of fun. Every trainer is professional, personable and they meet the needs of every person. If you haven’t worked out in a long time or if you have worked out all of your life, they challenge you specifically to your level. There is no need to feel intimidated and it’s a place where you can learn, grow and have fun. All of the trainers are knowledgeable and will modify any exercise to ensure safety and protect each person. I would highly recommend Fit 4 U!

For years I didn’t attend a public gym because I didn’t feel comfortable in one. Fit-4-U has absolutely changed my mind and opinion on what a gym can be. The owner and his trainers consistently take time to check on me. Not just physically, but they really care about the things going on in my life. You just can’t experience that at any other gym. You just can’t. If you are looking for a gym, then you have found it. Look no further.

Highly recommend this place if you're looking for dedicated personal trainers! I've been with this place for about 4 months now and every trainer has always gone above and beyond to make sure I'm on route to reach my personal goals. All the trainers are very welcoming, sociable and easy-going. They don't judge you for what you can't do, instead they emphasize and focus on how to get to the end goal. Furthermore, I love how they challenge you and encourage you even when you feel like you may not be able to finish a set. Overall, my experience with FIT4U has been outstanding. Love them!

This is the first time that I have ever considered to use a trainer and facility to workout. Let me say that it is incredible and the staff and management of Fit4U are the best ever. I have been going now for 2 months, and feel better than ever, I am 61 yr old and feel 40 again, I have lost 28 pounds and over 12" in measurements. I have used 4 of the trainers and everyone of them are truly professionals and require you to get what you need, and look forward daily to seeing you and the progress that you have made. Not only has this increased my life, but also mentally I have felt better and look forward to being at workout everyday I can. I work out 4 days a week, and wish sometimes that I could workout everyday. I have a goal in mind for weight loss and also for muscle toning, and with their help I am confident that it will happen sooner than I thought. This is not something that I plan on doing for 6 months or so, but instead want this to be a lifestyle for along time to come. The facility and equipment are absolutely first class and has that personal touch and feel that you wouldn't receive at a large gym or training place. I guess the best thing I could say about FIT4U is that they treat you like family all the time. God is good all the time, and all the time God is good, especially at FIT4U!!!!
