One of her hearing aids stopped working so I called Beltone and they said they would clean them and get them working again and they did at no charge. Thanks Eric really appreciate your help in this time of need.

Having previously gone to an "economy" type place where we felt we were being bamboozed by a used car salesman, it was SO refreshing to be greeted by a professional audiologist when we walked in who greeted us by name and shook our hands. He proceeded to devote almost 2 hours to testing, teaching, diagnosing and fitting my husband for hearing aids. Completely and utterly professional in every aspect! Not once did he mention trying to rip off our insurance company...like someone else had. We would absolutely recommend Beltone to any and every one! I will update this review to include the audiologist's name with correct spelling...but Thank You for the refreshing professional experience Eric Nordgren! We both remarked that we wished our regular doctors were more like you!
