Always a top notch experience. You feel as if your child is their only patient! They always remember their names, interests and interact with them as if they see them daily. Dr. Dirk always gives us clear advice and what’s ahead. Any procedure is always discussed thoroughly as we need, and he considers our questions respectfully. We will never see another dentist!

This was the best experience we have ever had with a Dentist. The communication texts were honestly a life saver for us. Being a divorced family and having to work together, this whole process was very smooth and easy. No hiccups at all. My daughter loved the experience which says A LOT for her and Doctors/Dentists. She said Kristen was so nice and calling her by her name made her feel calm. Scheduling was a breeze and she was very helpful. The Dentist was so kind and detailed, couldn’t have asked for a better first impression! Thank you all!

We cannot say enough about the incredible customer service and patient care we experienced at Edmond Pediatric! The facility is first class, but it was the incredible staff - every single person - who overwhelmed us with hospitality and kindness, that won us over.
Our daughter needed some extensive dental work done, and from our first visit through the actual procedure, we felt informed, supported, and cared for. Dr. Whitfield and Dr. Cromwell took time with our family to answer all of our questions and make sure we felt great about the work to be done on our little girl. Not only were they patient, but they're just incredibly personable and put our daughter (and us!) at ease right away. The work they did was top notch. Our daughter's teeth look better than ever, and she's not in any pain. If you're trying to decide where to take your kids for dental work, this is the place!

Great experience from the moment you walk in the door. The office is very nice and obviously kid-friendly, but what matters to me is having a pleasant team working there. Love having a friendly front reception staff, that can make all the difference sometimes. The dental assistant and dentist were so very kind and took the time to explain everything to me.
