They answered all my questions each time I contacted them. I was told the time frame, and they were accurate. The window is absolutely beautiful, they actually beat me home and were early for the install. It only took a couple hrs for my one picture window. We just love it, we didnt even put our blinds back up because it's just a great view and so much more efficient than our window before we have the option to leave it open. A huge thank you to window world from the Morris family.

I work in the construction industry so even though there were significant delays with my project – we have also been experiencing those same delays at my company due to COVID19. I am so happy and pleased with my final result that the wait was totally worth it! My neighbors have complimented me on the improvement. My friends and family have all come by and have remarked how much better my little house looks.

James was the installer of the windows and siding and he did a fabulous job and was always so courteous and kind and a VERY HARD WORKER. I could not have been more pleased with him and his attitude for the work.

They answered each and every one of my questions without making me feel like I was being that Pain-In-The-Butt-Client, the one nobody wants to talk to. They also reached out to me and didn’t wait for me to finally call. Window World kept me informed of the progress and/or delays of my project. I was never left wondering what in the heck is going on. I truly felt that Window World wanted my project to be successful. That my project wasn’t just important to me, but it was also important to Window World. My windows and siding weren’t just slapped up with a hope you like it – they were professionally installed and my opinion of the installation was questioned all along the way.
