  I had Lisa give me my first Brazilian and she made me feel very comfortable. She was nice and answered all questions. She was patience with me and took my sensitive skin seriously. I did have a problem with the ladies out front. When she was checking me out, she was trying to convince me to buy so many 9 sessions but when I asked about it in further detail she couldn't explain it to me. I had to figure it out for myself. Which I did sign up for since Lisa was great! After this she told me she would have to check me out with two transactions, since I bought a after care product. It took her over 30 minutes to check me out . Simply because she didn't know how to add in the tip for my service.. the other lady at the counter didn't know either and after 25 minutes she calls someone to find out how to add on the tip. I was not rude to her but I will say that I was annoyed at how long it ook me to check out. Simply because I wanted to leave a tip and I didn't have enough cash on me. Next time I will bring cash.

  My waxer was Ms.Alisa, she was absolutely amazing both times she has waxed me. She made me feel very comfortable with it being my first time. I was really nervous and she was very patient with me. The other people were nice and welcoming to. I will definitely continue to come back to this center. ???? Thanks got making my first experience a great one.

  I had an amazing experience at European wax center West Gate! The receptionist at the front were extremely informational, and friendly. My wax specialist Destiny was professional, quick, and efficient. I love my wax! I will be returning

  Beth did an amazing job! She was so professional and you could tell she was incredibly passionate about what she does! She was knowledgeable about products and what I needed to do for my skin to be prepped to come in as well as after care. Definitely will be coming back!
