Great experience. Fixed the death wobble on my lifted jeep. They did the work fast and by the original quoted amount. Couldn't ask for a better auto shop. Thanks guys.

Long and thorough review.

Brought in a 2004 Lexus GX 470 for an Eaton e-locker install in the rear.

Offroad Addiction was able to source all the parts for the install quickly and set gave me a reasonable turn around time.

The supplier of the parts sent the wrong master install kit for the rear locker install. Offroad addiction called me immediately and informed me of the situation. Being informed as a customer is very important to me and I was grateful for the quick update even if it meant the vehicle would be in the shop longer than expected.

The install went fairly well. Drove to Houston and stayed for awhile due to family issues.

I drove back to OKC from Houston and went back for the locker install check up.

We found the pinion seal to be leaking. They informed me that it was leaking and told me they would fix it.

I also got an alignment from them as well and it has been spot on. They installed some Taco Tabs for me during the alignment.

Only issue is the ABS light came on after. I took it to the Toyota dealership locally and had them scan the codes. The front driver ABS wire was broken internally but they replaced it under warranty since I had just replaced those abs harnesses two weeks prior. Manufacture defect. New harness comes in Wednesday March 10th.

Today is Sunday, March 7th and I am dropping it off this week. They got me in on Friday but said if I dropped it off earlier in the week they may be able to squeeze me in earlier.

Everything doesn't work out perfectly but these guys seem to stand behind their work.

Simply the best place to get any suspension work and wheels and tires done for your Jeep/Truck/SUV in OKC (or ANY work on these vehicles)....huge attention to detail, will get you the exact setup you want, and pricing is more than fair (same parts but cheaper than a lot of the big online places)....what really impressed me is that in addition to the initial install and alignment, included is a checkup on everything after 500 miles, to make sure the suspension and tires are good to go.

Great store, I’ll definitely be going back for my coilovers and upper control arms.

Great Local Shop to do business with! Everyone here is easy to work with , very knowledgeable, and the owners don't act above talking/taking care of anyone. They are always willing to work with you to give you the best straight forward pricing and answers. They have always taken good care of us on both our Jeeps, and even when I tried someone else, Offroad Addiction still took me in and fixed my errors.

I'm beyond impressed. Not only was the owner super knowledgeable, friendly and patient but so was every member of the staff here. These guys handle customer expectations very well and it made for an awesome experience. I had my 4runner lifted and throughout the whole process they were super helpful and patient. When they were helping me choose a lift they didn't try to sell me the most expensive one they could get. They actually took the time to understand what i would be doing and chose a product that fit accordingly. Overall i will never go anywhere else when its time to do another mod!
