Courteous and prompt professional services rendered. Any and all health issues discussed with easy to understand answers. Dr Marshall and staff provide excellent health care. Sanitation and social distancing A+

Always on time and friendly! Great Staff and Dr Marshall knows her stuff. I was more worried about my numbers than she was due to some medication changes in the last 3 months. She was happy with my A1C (I'm diabetic) and with my weight, blood pressure and other lab work! Yay! She is always available for questions even if you do not have an appointment. Through the Integris and Me portal, you can email her and get a response usually in the same day!! Her staff is great about checking you in and asking if there are any problems-new or old-that need discussing with Dr. Marshall. They are always there with a smile and a kind word when you are feeling down/bad/whatever! Before Covid, I would get hugs from her staff on a bad day....or sometimes even on a good day!! Now we Fist-bump!! But the thought is still there! They care about what is going on with you as a whole and not just as someone who comes in for a checkup every 3 months. Dr. Marshall knows all of her patients personally and asks how things are going in their day-today life as well. I think that is just as important as only seeing here maybe once or twice a year. She asked how things were going recently since I had a minor issue with my anxiety/depression about 5 1/2 months ago. That was nice to know that my doctor remembered who I was and what I was being affected by in my personal life...not just my diabetic life. I have recommended Dr Marshall to friends of mine and they absolutely love her too! Even the Husband loves her and you know how difficult it can be to get a man to go see a doctor!! He went willingly for a checkup...and then went for a follow up!! You know she must be GREAT!!! Wouldn't trade her for the world!!
