Worst dentist ever. zero stars.
I was told about Dr.Shekir though some friends that are physical therapist.
Staff was very friendly. Eric worked with me to get everything approved. It took sometime due to we were out of network and had to get everything approved and a trial test and a doctor to manage the pump once placed.
I’ve had trial and Dr Noah will be managing my baclofen pump.
Met Dr Shekir and was so nice and wanted to help me get my pain under control. Hoping to have pump in, in a few weeks.
I was hesitant to go because I was afraid he would say I needed surgery. When he came in he was extremely knowledgeable and nice. The first thing he said was that he would not do surgery on me at all. I was so relieved!! After we talked about my general health, he carefully laid out a treatment plan and explained everything that he was going to refer me to (physical therapy and the pain management doctor). He will answer any questions you have, and will set you at ease!! If you are looking for a great neurosurgeon look no further!!
Dr. Shakir did my neck surgery, my spinal cord was being pinched really bad I was shocked to see the MRI and before surgery signing my name was a wavy line. The main thing is he cares and explains everything and why he does the surgery the way he does. I'm a retired RN, Cardiac ICU for over 30 years and the old saying still goes, 'Want to find a good Doc, as a nurse'.
