They were straight forward and honest and were able to answer all If my questions. I purchased a used trailer from these folks with the understand that I would put brakes on it. When I got home I soon figured out that I could not get brakes for it, buying new axles was my only option. I called them in a angry rage thinking that they dumped on me. Long story short that was not the case actually they got dumped on by a good friend of there's. Jay made everything right for me giving me several options. Ultimately we settled on getting new axles at his coast an splitting the price.

I would go back any day an be confident that I would be treated fairly. Very highly recommended.

Wow! This place is AWESOME!!!! The people are friendly and knowledgeable, and the buying process was super easy from start to finish. Not only do they have the best selection of trailers in the state of Oklahoma by a long shot, but they also carry good brands of trailers for the best price. I have dealt with a few trailer dealers in the past, and Custom Trailer Sales is by far the best. Great people, great prices, and great trailers.

The people here are friendly and very knowledgeable. My wife and I priced utility trailers at a lot of big-name stores. We found the prices at custom trailer to be better plus they explained everything and make sure our lighting and hitch was correct.

The ladies manning the front desk were patient and fun to talk with. The people in the shop did everything well, without any delay. They were friendly and took the time to answer my questions. And the owner went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied and well equipped. No sales pressure at all, just a wealth of knowledge.
