It was pretty good they have treadmills and stairs. And. A separate room for punching bags, yoga balls and jump ropes the only thing that I don't like very much about it is that I wish it was more air conditioned, but other than that it was great

Great gym. The equipment is in good shape. The gym has Bible verses and Scripture on the walls! Thank you for that Chris. It is an inspiration!

Love this place! The mma class is amazing and my son loves being in the jiu jitsu class. Professor Chandler is an amazing coach and the people there are amazing as well. I encourage anyone looking for a mixed marital arts class, this is the place!

Modern, clean, and open 24 hours! It never feels crowded and there is enough variety of machines for all tastes. Call to speak to a manager/owner if you need someone. They are rarely there, but I have found they will come over promptly if they know you need something.

This gym is amazing. I can't stress how awesome these people are. I felt so welcomed from the first line of communication with the owner and staff. If you are living in the area or passing through and need a complete gym to workout then you need to go here only!
