Fitness Time Nutrition

Took two of my nieces to Chic Salon in Fitness Time and got their hair done today. We couldn't be happier. The girls love, love, love their new dos! Thank you Kelley Bridgeman! 💋💋💋

In town temporarily (5 months) and attended this gym many times during my stay. I have worked out in many gyms across the states and must say i really enjoyed my experience at Fitness Time. I am surprised at how many ladies are committed to working out in the early hours before sunrise! Loved the well stocked bathrooms and tanning beds. It's not the most well equipped in terms of weight training equipment but it does have the essentials and its well taken care of. I also just loved working out in an all female environment. I felt safe which is not always the case at co-ed gyms. I was inspired by all the strong women around me and will really miss this place. Thanks for a great gym experience ladies!!

Healthy shakes and teas that taste great, would definitely recommend. The people there are so nice and friendly.

I absolutely love this gym! I have been a member off and on for 6 years. After having a baby and a pandemic the staff has always remembered me and welcomed me back so pleasantly. I always recommend my friends to this gym and I love the atmosphere so much. Also the tanning beds are amazing 🖤🖤🖤
