(May 15, 2023, 3:22 pm)Very happy with grand lake they helped me out a lot and they’re always so kind. This place has truly helped me be a better me. The reason I gave a 4 star tho is due to the fact that they don’t know how to awnser the phone. I will call 5 times and when I get transferred over to Claremore they never pick up the phone. Then when you go in there they are all on there cell phones or just talking which is super frustrating. There were 8 people behind the counter when I came in.
