Angela was my physical therapist for both of my hip replacements and she was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and patient. I have two children that she was able to handle along with ensuring I receive the proper care for my recovery. Chelsea was my home nurse and I have the same praises for her. I’m fully aware that I wouldn’t have been able to recover without these people.

Community Home Health provided amazing service for my 6weeks post-op PT and wound care. Stephanie was my nurse and she was very sweet to talk me through anything I had question or concerns about. Melissa was my PT and she was so sweet. Very easy to work with and made sure to text the day before to make sure I knew when she would be coming by. Very encouraging throughout the post-op process.
