I am so appreciative! After a visit to the orthopedic urgent care for a severe nerve impingements in my cervical/thoracic spine and unbearable muscle spasms, my husband drove me over to Lotus. We didn't have an appointment, but Brandy was so very kind to take care of me. She got me on the table right away! I had never had acupuncture before, and she was great to walk me through everything. My pain was probably an 8, and I was very emotional... Brandy was so gentle and accommodating. 24 hours later, I am much improved and on my way to functioning normally. I believe one of the ways God heals is through gifted hands, and today I am grateful for Brandy's expertise, thoughtful attention, and concern! I hope to make another appointment soon!!!

Brandy is very knowledgeable and very helpful with my thyroid and kidney issues. I have a PCP and all they want to do is push the medication and not get to the root of it. MDs and DOs alike don’t want to think outside the box and only do what their taught in medical school. I highly recommend you giving her a try.

I Had my first experience with acupuncture today. Dr. Valentine answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I could immediately feel my body start to relax and let go of lots of emotions. I am very optimistic that this will help with my pain and fatigue.

Professional, clean place with relaxing music overhead and relaxing rooms. I am a first timer to acupuncture but my back felt better as soon as I walked out of there. I have now been twice and both times were positive experiences and I felt relaxed, which is rare for me. Dr. Valentine is great and also a calm, knowledgeable person who makes you feel relaxed and cared for. I would definitely recommend.
