Balance Fitness Studio

I have been working on my health for 2 years now. I was at my heaviest at 166lbs. I had to do something. In 2022 I started working out at Balance Fitness Studio. Melanie was so encouraging to me. She never made me feel bad or like I couldn't do the work out. I got stronger and stronger. Then schedule change happened and I started going to Kori's class at 5 am. Kori pushes you to go heavier. I'm so happy with my fitness level. I can't imagine working out in a better environment. Melanie really make sure you feel apart of this little community. She does fun parties and contest to keep everyone engaged.

This is a great place to workout! Many different classes available, wonderful instructors that show you the correct way to exercise! Classes available for a beginner or someone who has already been working out! Great women that attend and are great motivators! Love, love , love this place. Also, the owner does facials, waxing and many other services! Look her up, you won’t be disappointed!

This is a great place! The instructors are encouraging as well as the other members. This is the first time in a long time I have enjoyed working out! Also, if you need a facial...Mel can give you a relaxing and revitalizing experience! Try it out!!

Beauty & Balance is a fantastic studio for women to come and workout. The studio is very clean and inviting to everyone that walks through the door. The instructors are very knowledgeable in their fitness fields and are willing to ensure you understand the workout as you go. I would recommend trying out a class or two you won't regret it!
