Quiet, family oriented neighborhood. Very community based living. The upside is that there is a clean pool to keep you cool and entertained.

Very nice!! Maintenance was helpful and help cleaning out behind houses haven’t seen the pound in years! People in here are okay some nicer then others! neighbor helps watch out over grandma grass besides dumb dogs being so loud

It's been great to see the turn around with community and staff over the past few years. Newer homes coming in as well is the up keep of the Park and older homes being fixed up as well..
The management and Sun team has been awesome working hard an showing hard work pays off. From
Tree's being trim and overgrown debris being removed. has led to being a safer place and less power outages no home damages from falling limbs New lots being formed and concrete being poured is sweet to see coming back to life..
Would like to see more work on front pounds.. remembering back 1990s when boy scouts used to rent it out when we were kids and barbecue in camp out overnight fishing was cool.
overall all proud of this place
