(March 15, 2022, 12:43 am)I brought a Galaxy A12 from this store last Tuesday, and Lorena did an amazing job. I haven't shopped for a phone in a couple of years, so I had a little anxiety.
But, Lorena was so helpful! I had quite a bit of questions and she was able to answer them all with ease. She even helped me with a case and tempered glass cover, and setting everything up.
Everything was awesome, and I'm happy to see Boost customer service is still great! -

(February 17, 2021, 3:30 pm)Lorena at 4431 50th street helped me with everything I needed from the purchase to my new phone informed me about everything on my phone and put temper glass on my phone and was able to transfer literally everything contacts pics everything over to my new phone without any trouble for me at all I didn't have to do anything that's the best customer service ever!!!! I really appreciate it thanks so much Lorena YOU ARE THE BEST!! BOOST definitely needs more awesome people like you working for them. I love my services with boost never disappointed with them.

She helped me set up my new phone as an exact replica as my old phone I definitely will be coming back
