First time ordering my prescription glasses from Eyemart Express, I upgraded my progressive to the highest level,so I needed to wait about a week or so, but it was less than a week.I am so pleased! Excellent,kind helpful staff! Amazing large selection of frames!! Owasso location is where I went. They won me over!

I’ve always come here for my kids glasses but yesterday, was a different experience entirely. Usually it’s just the normal customer service, which is ok and helpful. Yesterday, Brenda went above and beyond to help my son and my finances. She was able to help my son get exactly what he needed and showed compassion that everyone in any service industry could learn from. Thank you, Brenda, for your wonderful help. I ordered a pair of regular glasses and a pair of sunglasses. The lenses for the regular glasses had to be ordered and will be in 7-10 days. The sunglasses were ready in 16 minutes. The salesperson, Brenda I believe, that was excellent. We will definitely be back.
