Fast forward to 2023! Four years with Costco Hearing, and with outstanding service, and Costco prices, why would you go anywhere else? My experience with Rick and his staff at the Bixby Costco Hearing aid store has been outstanding! Rick who is very experienced in both the testing and fittings of hearing aids. His goal is to make sure that his clients are fitted properly and does so much to insure that you are comfortable with the customer's needs. In addition, Costco offers the best prices for top of the line hearing aids. I highly recommend Rick and his team at Costco, Bixby, OK.
Alex at the Tulsa Costco's did an excellent job evaluating my hearing needs. Ran the same tests an MD would, then ordered my hearing aids. Precisely tuned them when they came in and explained the operation, and warranty completely. I then saved thousands of dollars on the #2 rated Consumer Reports hearing aids. Can't recommend them highly enough!
