I was shopping for my very first car, and they had what I was looking for and a decent price listed. When I pulled in, they came out to greet me and were not pushy at all. I test drove the car, but there was an issue with a tire so they fixed it without hesitation or charging me. They detailed and washed the car for me while I was signing paperwork. I’m very Leary of dealerships and being scammed but this place made me (a woman in my 20’s) feel comfortable about the deal I was getting. They performed a very detailed inspection of the car and replaced a ton of parts, and also provided carfax and their list of service. They didn’t push me into signing anything and I got a great car. I’m very pleased with my purchase and “first time car-buying” experience with the staff at Bronco Autoplex.
