It is a clean colonial type place. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo and conditioner and body wash. There is a hair dryer and plenty of towels. It is a converted attached garage with loads of privacy. The shower is walk in. There is cable and internet. Walking closet. Bring your hangers and clothes. Well worth the cost per night.
Stayed here as we were in town for a nearby concert. Worked out perfectly. Great little place and very nice hosts. Would recommend.

We have stayed with Ken and Judy many times. This is a great location with shops, art galleries, restaurants, bars, and clubs within walking distance. Weather permitting there's a deck with chairs, and a lovely flower garden. The Breakfast is a gift card to one of the best breakfast spots in Tulsa, Brookside by Day! Always friendly and accommodating, Ken and Judy have invited us to share a glass of wine and showed us some of their amazing and eclectic collection. We have never seen so much as an ant during our many visits to the property.
Ok, so you get a voucher to a neighborhood small business within walking distance.... It's still great! Lovely folks, with a small recliner that converted to a bed for our child and a front yard to toss a ball around. We were quite pleased.
