Raphael the DON, and his team have done a great job caring for their families. When I was visiting, I saw compassion and an openness to spend time greeting each resident. He cares about providing good nursing care!
Our experience here was outstanding - from the delicious food, to the attentive care givers and even the rehab for my aunt was nothing but great. Recommend to anyone.
My mother has dementia and our family could no longer give her the care or time that she needs. She has been at Gracewood for several months now in a memory care unit and she actually seems to be doing better. Every time we visit the facility is clean and the staff is very friendly. Mom really enjoys the food also as she has gained weight which we couldn't get her to do at home. My family highly recommends.
