  I have owned Peoria Child Care for over 40 years and had various companies care for our Carpets and tile floors. We've had sloppy maintenance crews that splatter wax on our walls, we've had undependable people who didn't show up after my staff moved shelves full of toys and furniture off the floor, we've had crews who have stolen from us and we've walked into freshly applied wax over incomplete strip jobs. So naturally I was reluctant to try Nate at Williams Surface Pro even though he came highly recommended by one of my Teachers. She knew him from the work he had done at her Church.
  So fast forward to my joy at walking in to the best my floors have ever looked since I built my building back in 1997. I looked at the alarm pad log and saw that he and his crew were here for over 12 hours fixing the disastrous floor that I had left them. Nate is extremely professional, they show up when they say, they have the right equipment, he and his crew are meticulous and don't care how long it takes to get the job done right because they obviously take pride in their work. This is the way all businesses should be run and I'm so glad I took a chance on Williams Surface Pro. I waited for over 40 years but now that wait is over.

  Finding someone who could help my 70 year old brick floor get restored to beauty was a challenge. Nate with Williams Surface Pro visited to see my floor and proposed a plan to strip off all the old stuff and renew the surface into a beautiful floor. I accepted the reasonable proposal and we scheduled the treatment. My floors look amazing! (Before and after pictures are shared here!) Their color is a rich red now, very shiny, and much easier to wipe clean. I can't believe it is the same floor. I highly recommend Williams Surface Pro for older home surface challenges and any new surfaces too!

  What a transformation of our tile and grout! Our home is only 4 years old but you’d be amazed at how the dirty the grout can get ... but not a problem for Nate ... he made our doors look like new. Not only that, but the care taken to protect our hardwood floors from the equipment was great. AND THEN he cleaned our hardwood on his way out. ABOVE AND BEYOND is what we received from Williams Surface Pro!!!

  We used Williams Surface Pro to steam clean our carpets, take care of pet stains/odor, and to steam 2 dining chairs. I was extremely impressed with how thorough he was. He took extra steps I have not seen other carpet cleaning companies do- such as using a black light to find pet urine/stains and then treat them appropriately. He also took care to protect the corners of our walls from tubing with a special corner guard, made sure our front door was sealed while the tubing was in use with a door cover that zipped to open and shut, and he carefully examined his work before leaving to check for anything that might need touched up. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. Our carpets look amazing and smell so fresh. I would highly recommend him again!

  Williams Surface Pro does great work! Very courteous, punctual and respectful of your home. They go above and beyond to make the process as simple and comfortable as possible. They setup temp doors, corner guards and mats to protect your home. Easy to talk to and the scheduling process is very smooth. The attention to detail stands out and the quality of work is high! I recommend them for your floor cleaning needs!
